That's right folks... HDATZ has just been added to the Grateful Fest # 9 line-up for this weekend. We were looking forward to a night off, but who the hell are we kidding really... we want a night off like we want a hole in the head! So we're off to Ohio friday morning for a 10 hr. drive and we'll be ready to rock the Quarry for a late night set starting at 1:00am. If you don't already have tickets, well what are waiting for? The clock is ticking...

HDATZ is proud to announce that we will be performing at the 2008 National Association for Campus Activities (NACA) Northeast Regional Conference in Hartford, CT the weekend of November 6 -9.


For those who are unfamiliar with NACA, they link the higher education and entertainment communities in a business and learning partnership, creating educational and business opportunities for our student and professional members.

We are psyched to have been chosen to perform at this event!

We would just like to say thanks to all the fans who made it out to see HDATZ at the Pier Revue yesterday. We had a blast and can't wait to play with moe and the Ryan Montblue Band again. Also, special thanks to Great Northeast Productions for putting this killer show together!

Well HDATZ hit yet another mile marker last night when our new friends John and Jamie declared their engagement during HDATZ's second set closer "Morning Light" at Harlow's Pub in Peterborough, NH. Well done kids!

HDATZ will have the extreme pleasure of opening for Levon Helm as part of the Lowell Summer Music Series. The show will take place on Thursday, September 4th at Boarding House Park in good old Lowell, MA.

The newly released Dirt Farmer is Levon's first solo, studio album in twenty-five years. A project particularly close to his heart, the CD contains music reminiscent of his past and songs handed down from his parents. The album won the 2008 Grammy Award for Best Traditional Folk Album.

(Portland, ME) -- Indie rock band moe. will appear for two evenings on Saturday and Sunday, July 12 & 13, on the Maine State Pier located next to Casco Bay Lines ferry terminal off of Commercial Street in Portland’s historic Old Port district. Special guests Ryan Montbleau band and Hot Day at the Zoo will join moe. Sunday July 13. Proceeds from Pier Revue will benefit local homeless services agency Preble Street.

We would like to take this time to thank everyone for making our 5 year anniversary show at the Lizard Lounge this weekend a total success... the sold out show was nothing short of amazing! We would also like to give special thanks to Peter Prince and Thunderpants Johnson for playing to show with us, and let's not forget Larry from the Ryan Montbleau Band for sitting in on the fiddle with us. On Saturday, January 26th HDATZ will celebrate our 5 year anniversary at the Lizard Lounge in Cambridge, MA. We will be joined be local hillbilly string band Thunderpants Johnson at 8:30pm and Peter Prince at 9:30. HDATZ goes on at 10:30 sharp and is set to play 2 sets.
